Wargames is a multi-modal AI methodology for producing tabletop exercises and crisis simulations for military, public health, emergency management, and institutional preparedness teams. Each exercise begins with a realistic story seed and is developed through a disciplined production pipeline: open-source evidence collection, scholarly critique, production control, scenario design, simulation, adjudication, after-action review, strategic narrative, and final corrective action package.
